This weekend, together with PES President Stefan Löfven, PES Women President Zita Gurmai and team were present at the Korčula summer school, which began thirty years ago on the Croatian island. 🏝️ ![]()

This event was held by our sister organisation, the Central & Eastern European network for gender issues, which produces recommendations and advocates for them towards socialist policymakers. 💡![]()
It also gathered many politicians and civil society actors from Southeast countries, from which we could hear updates and challenges they face on gender equality at the national level. ![]()

Zita Gurmai as PES Women President, shared her view and thoughts through a gender lens after the European elections period and commented on challenges in term of women representation in the different institutions ⚖️
